The bogie frames are welded up from 25mm square steel box section.

Construction is similar to the 4 wheel driving truck, but is all 25mm x 25mm box section steel.

My wife reckons that I am related to W. Heath Robinson. Looking at my wagon construction, you may agree!

Bogies are complete and painted. The underframe is Aluminium secondary double glazing framing. The body will be made of MDF and will be an open truck, seats will fit on top of the sides.

The chassis now painted black.

The body is taking shape and now has the seats in place, these are moveable and can be removed if required.

When this is painted, I will add some corner plates and simple strapping.

Nearly finished! The red is a little bright in these photo's, the inside will be painted a 'natural wood' colour when I get time.

The bogies have now been fitted with wood block buffers and Ride on Railways link & pin couplings.
